At Apeejay School Haldia, we believe that a child grows best when home and school work hand in hand. Your involvement and encouragement play a remarkable role in shaping your child\u2019s confidence, discipline, and curiosity. To support this shared journey, we request parents to keep the following in mind:<\/p>\n

  1. Help your child arrive on time and attend school regularly.<\/li>\n
  2. Encourage positive behaviour and reinforce respect for school norms.<\/li>\n
  3. Stay connected with classroom updates by checking the school diary daily and MCB. MCB is a portal, where parents can view their child\u2019s grades, attendance records, and other relevant information.<\/li>\n
  4. Attend PTMs to gain meaningful insights into your child\u2019s progress.<\/li>\n
  5. Keep your child at home when they are unwell to ensure quick recovery and the well-being of others.<\/li>\n
  6. Ensure that your child wears the complete school uniform and ID Card with pride.<\/li>\n
  7. Maintain healthy routines at home by keeping screen time in check.<\/li>\n
  8. Inform the school promptly if there is any change in address or contact details.<\/li>\n
  9. For any visit during school hours, kindly follow the reception protocol to avoid disruption.<\/li>\n
  10. Inspire your child to participate in school events\u2014these experiences build confidence, teamwork, and joy.<\/li>\n
  11. Taking note that no attendance certificate will be issued from the school as attendance is clearly mentioned in the report card.<\/li>\n
  12. Understanding that character certificates will be issued only to the outgoing students of Class X.<\/li>\n
  13. Using the \u201cLeave Record\u201d form in the School diary when applying for leave or explaining the absence of their children.<\/li>\n
  14. Refer to the Academic School Calendar for important dates and details regarding school examinations, programs, holidays, and events.<\/li>\n
  15. For details on School Uniform Policy, List of Working Saturdays, Term Syllabus, Fees Details, and Examination Weightage, please refer to the school diary.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
