Our Curriculum

 In line with the CBSE’s directive, the curriculum and evaluation framework have been thoughtfully designed to offer a well-rounded perspective of each learner’s growth and development.

The primary goal is to ensure that the learner experiences continuous progress, which is achieved through the consistent identification of learning gaps and challenges. This ongoing diagnostic process allows for tailored remediation, ensuring that the learner receives the necessary support to overcome obstacles and achieve their full potential. Through this approach, we aim to foster a dynamic and supportive learning environment that promotes lifelong learning and personal growth.

 

The subjects offered are: 

Secondary Classes:

->  English Language and Literature

-> Second Language- Hindi/Bengali in all classes starting from Val Vatika II.

-> Third Language- Hindi and Bengali for classes VII-VIII

-> Mathematics

-> Environmental Science (EVS)

-> General Science, VI and above

-> Social Science, VI and above

-> Art and Craft

-> Music

-> Dance (Indian classical/Folk)

-> Computers

-> Value Education/ Life skill Education

-> Physical and Health Education.

 

Each Academic year has been divided in two terms

1. Term I :- April to September

2. Term II :- October to March

 

Academic Year:

The Academic Year commences in April and ends in March
