PARENTAL INTERFACE WITH SCHOOL

The school actively encourages interaction with parents through diverse channels, both formal and informal, to support the implementation of school activities. These channels include “Walk the Talk” sessions, a Parent Buddy system, orientation programmes, and scheduled parent-teacher meetings.

  • Parent Teacher Meetings are an integral part of our school’s policy to foster a close parent-teacher dynamic. On PTM days, the parents and the teachers interact to know the child’s needs better. They mutually discuss various issues that require attention.
  • Walk the Talk is a very interesting interaction between parents and the school staff. Parents get the opportunity to tour the school campus and be assured of the facilities and services their little ones are provided with. At the same time, they can share their concerns as well as their appreciation for the teachers.
  • Parent Buddy System has proven highly successful for our school. It uses the pedagogical skills and talents of non-working mothers by offering them opportunities to teach. The system motivates and boosts their confidence and allows them to utilise their skills in a meaningful way.
