Documents Required for Admission

Documents to be submitted along with the Registration Form for Nursery and Upper KG:

3 passport-sized colour photographs of the child and 1 each of both parents (name clearly written on the reverse of all photographs)
Self–attested [17] [18] photocopy of the Birth Certificate issued by the local Municipal Corporation
Self–attested photocopy of the immunisation or vaccination certificate of the child
Self–attested photocopy of the Aadhaar Card of the pupil and of both parents
A Medical Certificate for the student from a registered doctor (stating that the child is physically fit for all co-curricular activities, including swimming)
Government-authorised, RCI-approved medical documents in the case of CWSN students.

Documents to be submitted along with the Registration Form for classes I–IX and XI (Science, Commerce, and Humanities)

3 passport-sized colour photographs of the child and 1 each of both parents (name clearly written on the reverse of all photographs)
Self–attested photocopy of the Birth Certificate issued by the local Municipal Corporation.
Self–attested photocopy of the Aadhaar Card of the pupil and of both parents
Self–attested photocopy of the candidate’s current class report card, showing their half-yearly performance record (in case admission is taken before the final term). The annual report card showing clear promotion to the next class will be required at the time of admission.
Upon confirmation of admission, the original Transfer Certificate from the previous school will be required. (Admission will be considered provisional until it is submitted.)
Pre–Board First-Term marksheet of class X (applicable for admission to class XI)
Migration Certificate and Conduct Certificate for all boards except CBSE[19] [20]
