- regularly checking their ward’s school diary and report card and noting the teacher’s remarks.
- checking the students’ ClassWalk ID for notices, assignments, and updates regularly.
- ensuring that students do their homework by themselves unless they require guidance.
- ensuring that the tiffin is labelled while being handed over to the bearers.
- addressing all correspondences to the Principal.
- meeting teachers only by prior appointments made via the school diary.
- considering contents covered in class as the syllabus for the term concerned.
- taking note that no attendance certificate will be issued from the school as attendance is clearly mentioned in the report card.
- understanding that character certificates will be issued only to the outgoing students of Class XII.
- attending PTMs regularly to discuss the performance and progress of the child.
- using the “Leave Record” form in the diary when applying for leave or explaining the absence of their children.
- informing the school if there is any change in the personal information of the students (address or telephone numbers).
not allowing students to carry smartphones to school.
