The school actively encourages interaction with parents through diverse channels, both formal and informal, to support the implementation of school activities.The school actively encourages interaction with parents through diverse channels, both formal and informal, to support the implementation of school activities. These channels include Open House sessions, a Parent Buddy system, orientation programmes, scheduled parent-teacher meetings, and more.
- Parent-Teacher Meetings are an integral part of our school’s policy to foster a close parent-teacher dynamic. On PTM days, the parents and the teachers interact to better understand the child’s needs. They mutually discuss various issues that require attention.
- Open House Sessions allow parents to attend classes on designated days and observe the teaching methods utilised by the teachers and how students receive them.
- Partnering Parents allows the school to involve parents in all major cultural programmes of the school, be it Diwali Bazaar or Christmas Carnival.
- Parent Buddy System has proven highly successful for our school. It uses the pedagogical skills and talents of non-working mothers by offering them opportunities to teach. The system motivates and boosts their confidence and allows them to utilise their skills in a meaningful way.
