Fee Payment Schedule

  • Fees for the first quarter:

    April to June – Payable from the 1st to the 15th of April.

  • Fees for the second quarter:

    July to September – Payable from the 1st to the 15th of July

  • Fees for the third quarter:

    October to December – Payable from the 1st to the 15th of October

  • Fees for the fourth quarter:

    January to March – Payable from the 1st to the 15th of January

** The admission fees and administrative fees for nursery will be collected in two installments: the first installment in the academic year 2025-26, and the second installment in the academic year 2026-27.
Late Fine

Parents are requested to avoid defaulting and pay fees on time.

School fees need to be paid in their entirety (under all categories applicable). Part payments will not be accepted, and late fee charges will apply.

Parents are requested to avoid defaulting fee payment, a late fee of ₹200 will be applied for each month the payment remains in default. This late fee will be charged on a monthly basis and will continue to accrue until the full payment, including any applicable late fees is settled.

The default fee, along with the late fine, has to be deposited at the school office via Bank Draft drawn in favour of Apeejay School Park Street, Kolkata. It can also be paid online through the MCB.

Default in Payment of Fees

Parents are requested to pay the fees on time and avoid defaulting.

Fee Payment Methods:

Fees can be paid through the school app, the MCB.

Please note:
  • It is mandatory to enter details like the student’s name, class, section, code, etc. on the reverse of
    the cheque/D.D., as well as on the fee pay-in slips.
  • The default fee shall not be accepted via local crossed cheques
