Apeejay Schools have been instituted under the aegis of Apeejay Education Trust, a welfare Trust of the Apeejay Surrendra Group. The School Management Committee has representatives from the Apeejay Education Trust — trustees and nominated members, representatives of independent schools, faculty members of Apeejay Schools, parents and members of the local civic administration.
