Career Counselling
Career counselling plays a pivotal role in guiding high school students towards a successful and fulfilling future. It equips high school students with the knowledge, confidence, and direction needed to embark on their career journeys and we at Apeejay schools have provided a learning platform for the students and helped them broaden their horizons.
In collaboration with CIALFO, a fast-growing, global edtech company, we have been assisting students in setting achievable goals and devising plans to reach them. Their subject teachers and resource persons guide and support and boost students’ confidence, preparing them for the challenges ahead.
At the onset the students are introduced to the plethora of career options available and we guide them in making the appropriate and informed career choices enabling them to plan for their future. Workshops and interactive sessions with subject experts and resource persons in the online and offline mode offer a clear perspective to the students.
We ensure students are well-informed and confident in their choices and we offer various assessment strategies like psychometric tests and aptitude tests that ensure a comprehensive evaluation of students’ progress. Through personalised and dedicated one-on-one counselling with students in the presence of the parents, students are further guided and assisted by experts to make appropriate subject choices which enables them to focus on their career goals.
Students are offered cutting-edge career exploration and college application support, driven by the ethos of personal growth. Our recent initiatives include virtual meetings on subject selection and stress-free admissions, as well as webinars on financial planning. We have also introduced the students to scholarship information, aided them in exploring career interest and offered standardised test preparation.
Together, we equip students with the tools and knowledge to embark on their career journeys confidently, expanding their horizons along the way and ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
